The maximum core funding available for an India | EMBO Lecture Course is €35,000. In addition, the India Alliance provides up to INR 5.5 Lakhs (~ €7,000) for travel grants, childcare support and training workshops.
EMBO also supports the organizers and meeting by:
- Creating a dedicated lecture course webpage, including registration and abstract submission system
- Providing a poster and helping to advertise the course
- Offering funds for an EMBO Young Investigator Lecture, EMBO Policy Lecture or EMBO Women in Science Lecture
- Offering additional funding of up to €10,000 if the course is organized as a hybrid event
