EMBO Young Investigator Network meeting at A*STAR, Singapore
EMBO Global Activities promote the engagement with researchers beyond Europe to strengthen mutually beneficial interactions.
Life scientists in countries and regions covered by a formal agreement receive access to EMBO Programmes, connecting them with researchers in Europe and catalyzing collaborations.
We currently have agreements with India (Department of Biotechnology, DBT), Singapore (Agency for Science, Technology and Research, A*STAR), Taiwan (National Science and Technology Council, NSTC, and Academia Sinica), Chile (National Agency for Research and Development of Chile, ANID) and Japan (Japan Science and Technology Agency, JST). Governments and organizations interested in establishing an agreement are welcome to contact us.
Some EMBO activities are also open to scientists in countries not covered by an agreement. Please check the eligibility criteria in each programme page.
