Practical Courses

EMBO Practical Courses promote the transfer of new methods and emerging techniques to a broad number of laboratories. Participating students are introduced to the theory of and receive hands-on training in the technique. Facilitators are often those scientists who pioneered the technique. Participants are enabled to implement newly learned techniques in their home laboratories.

A limited number of travel grants are available for scientists from countries in need of scientific strengthening. Please refer to the individual practical course website for further information.
