End of grant report
Grantees are required to submit a report of their research visit to . Include your Scientific Exchange Grant number and current address in your report.
The report should summarize the results and possible plans for further work. It can include diagrams, charts or illustrations, but should be maximum 2 pages. Upon receipt of the final report, the EMBO Fellowship Office will send a certificate stating the start date and duration of the grant, the place where it was held, the Scientific Exchange Grant number and the title of the project.
Together with the final report, grantees must submit a letter signed by the home institution confirming that they have returned to work there for at least six consecutive months following completion of the grant. This letter must be written in English.
The final report and the signed letter must be submitted together six months after the completion of the EMBO Scientific Exchange Grant.
