- Furthermore, EMBO supports Lectures by EMBO Young Investigators at national and international meetings. A list of Young Investigators sorted by topic can be found here.
- In order to strengthen scientific links between scientists from target countries (initially India, China, Taiwan and Africa) and European scientists, EMBO will fund Global Exchange Lecture Series by EMBO members and EMBO Young Investigators in local institutes. In addition, EMBO Global Exchange European Lecture Series enable leading scientists from focus countries to present their research at top European institutes.
- Organizers of EMBO Conference Series, Workshops and World Lecture Courses have the opportunity to apply for support of a Lecture given by an EMBO Young Investigator.
Moreover they are offered the opportunity to include a non-scientific talk on 'Science and Society' from a scientist, sociologist, ethicist or journalist. For further details please contact scisoc @ embo.org.
