Background information

EMBO Laboratory Management Courses, developed together with a management consulting team, help fill a skills gap for scientists. The courses cover hiring of staff, leadership and team development, communication as well as conflict management and problem solving. Participants gain hands-on experience through practical exercises such as role-play situations and discussion groups.

These courses have been highly rated by more than 500 participants since they began in 2004.

EMBO offers Laboratory Management Courses for:
