ELSF).
The 24-page booklet gives recommendations to scientists in training,
supervisors, institutions, funding organisations and governments
on how to improve career perspectives for life scientists.

The glass ceiling for
women in the life sciences 
EMBO published this booklet on women in the life sciences in February
2002 in the hope that it will trigger further thoughts and reflections
on the topic and that the overall aim, i.e. a full and fair representation
of women at all levels in the life sciences will be achieved.
