Funding
EMBO Short-Term Fellowships- Three months funding for a research visit to or from an EMBC Member State
- Applications accepted throughout the year
- EMBO supports organizers of EMBO Practical Courses with travel funds for scientists from countries in need of scientific strengthening.

- Practical Courses, training in new methods and emerging technologies
- Conference Series, advanced molecular biology meetings
- Workshops, advanced molecular biology meetings
- Joint EMBO/FEBS Lecture Courses, training for early stage scientists
- World Lecture Courses, training for early stage scientists outside Europe
- Joint ESF/EMBO Symposia, interdisciplinary meetings crossing interface between molecular biology and other physical, mathematical, chemical, social and life sciences
- Only for PhD students in EMBO Young Investigator laboratories
