EMBO and the European Science Foundation (ESF) annually support a series of meetings, known as ESF | EMBO Symposia.
ESF | EMBO Symposia bring scientists together to discuss interdisciplinary topics at the interface of molecular biology with other disciplines such as: chemistry, physics, computer science, mathematics and modelling, space science, clinical medicine, engineering, environmental science, humanities and social science. Up to five symposia are funded annually.
