Losing them is not an option

The meeting brought together over 100 mostly female researchers at different stages of the academic career who gave voice to their concerns and experiences regarding the advancement of women. Speakers included representatives of grant-awarding bodies, heads of institutes, policy makers and female scientists who gave personal perspectives on their own career development.
